Chante’ Fason joined our practice in July of 2020. She received her Doctorate in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. She also received a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Ms. Fason is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and a family nurse practitioner. She has over 18 years of experience working with patients with chronic medical conditions, developmental disabilities, and psychiatric issues. She provides outpatient psychiatric services which include psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, and medication management with supportive therapy for both children and adults.
